This General Games Privacy Policy applies universally to all mobile, desktop, and web games developed and published by Know Your Views (referred to herein as "Know Your View", "we", "our", or "us"), including but not limited to:

• Arrow Game: Maze Escape (Android, iOS, WebGL)
• Tiny Business Empire (Android, iOS, Web)
• All future puzzle, casual, strategy, and simulation titles published under our developer accounts on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or web portals.

By installing, accessing, or playing any of our games, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We do not ask for or collect personal information such as your real name, physical address, financial bank accounts, or government identification. The types of data collected are strictly functional:

• Gameplay Progress: Highest level unlocked, stars earned, current level, remaining moves, and hint balances. This is stored locally on your device via secure storage and synchronized via Google Play Games Cloud Save.
• Device & System Data: Device model, operating system version (e.g. Android 14, iOS 18), screen resolution, preferred language, and performance metrics (e.g. frame rate, crash traces) to ensure the game runs smoothly.
• Advertising Identifiers: Non-permanent, resettable mobile advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / AAID or Apple Identifier for Advertisers / IDFA) provided by your operating system, used solely for serving relevant ads and preventing fraud.

3. Advertising Partners (Google AdMob)

To keep our games free for players worldwide, our games integrate third-party advertising services provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).

• Interstitial Ads: Full-screen advertisements displayed naturally during level transitions. We strictly enforce frequency capping and cooldown intervals (minimum 35–45 seconds) and provide a grace period on early tutorial levels to avoid gameplay disruption.
• Rewarded Video Ads: 100% voluntary, opt-in advertisements. You only view these if you explicitly choose to watch a video in exchange for in-game assistance (e.g. earning +2 Free Hints when stuck).

4. Cloud Save & Google Play Games Services

Our games support automatic silent sign-in through Google Play Games Services (PGS v2) on Android:

• Saved Games (Cloud Sync): If you choose to enable cloud save, your game progression is securely stored in your personal Google Drive app data folder. This ensures you never lose your progress when switching phones.
• No Custom Servers: We do not store your game files on private proprietary servers; your data stays between your device and Google's certified cloud infrastructure.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Families Policy)

Protecting younger players is of paramount importance to us:

• Our games comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Developer Program Families Policy.
• We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
• Where applicable, our ad requests specify child-directed treatment flags (tagForChildDirectedTreatment) to disable interest-based behavioral profiling and ensure only certified, family-safe ad creatives are served.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

Depending on your location, you hold legal rights regarding your data:

• European Union (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of any telemetry data. In the European Economic Area (EEA), our games deploy Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent dialog, allowing you to customize your ad tracking preferences at any time.
• California (CCPA / CPRA): We do not sell or share player personal data for monetary consideration. California residents may opt out of personalized advertising via their Android / iOS device settings.

To reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at the operating system level:

• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset Advertising ID or Delete Advertising ID.
• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Toggle off "Allow Apps to Request to Track".

7. Data Security & Retention

All communications between our games and third-party services (such as Google Play and AdMob) utilize industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) encryption. Since progress data is stored locally or directly in Google Cloud Save, your game state remains under your control.

We may update this General Games Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features, game releases, or regulatory changes. Any updates will be published on this URL with an updated effective date.
