1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing any game published by Know Your Views (including Arrow Game: Maze Escape, Tiny Business Empire, and related digital titles), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these General Games Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install, access, or play our games.

2. Limited License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to install and play the game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices owned or controlled by you.

You may not:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the game engine, solver algorithms, or native libraries.
• Exploit, distribute, or publicly display modified versions or APKs of the games.
• Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party software to alter game states or circumvent ad cooldown timers.

3. Virtual Items, Free Hints & Rewards

Our games may feature virtual currencies, hints, stars, hearts, or cosmetic items (collectively, "Virtual Items"):

• No Real-World Monetary Value: Virtual Items, including free hints earned by watching voluntary rewarded video ads or clearing levels, are purely digital gameplay elements. They hold no cash equivalent and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for fiat currency.
• License Only: You do not own Virtual Items; you possess a limited, personal license to use them within the game.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, or adjust the balancing of hints, move limits, and level star ratings at our discretion to preserve fair game design.

4. Advertisements & Third-Party Services

Our games are supported by third-party advertising networks, primarily Google Mobile Ads (AdMob):

• You acknowledge that games may display interstitial ads between levels or offer voluntary rewarded video ads for hint rewards.
• Third-party advertisers are solely responsible for the content, representations, and links contained in their advertisements. Interactions with third-party websites or sponsors are strictly between you and that third party.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All titles, code, mathematical procedural generation algorithms, custom visual assets, textures, animations, audio synthesizers, user interfaces, logos, and trademarks associated with our games are the exclusive property of Know Your Views or our licensors.

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Know Your View.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our games are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular puzzle-solving purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the game will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every hardware device or operating system revision.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Know Your Views, its directors, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to, use of, or inability to access our games.

8. Game Updates & Termination

We may release patches, bug fixes, procedural level balance updates, or new content expansions. Updates may be required to continue playing the game. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the availability of any game or feature at any time without liability.
